The dashboard SpaceAI360 runs on internally lead intake, project status, and a written morning digest, generated automatically from the same systems that run client work.

As an agency running multiple client automations at once, we needed a single view of lead intake, active builds, and account health, without a person manually compiling it every morning.

Our automated workflows pull data from our CRM, project tracker, and email into a PostgreSQL database each night. A dashboard reads that data and renders it, while a scheduled job drafts a written summary of the previous day, delivered before the team’s first meeting.
