AI Agents
Your inbox reads itself.
An AI agent is a system that reads incoming work, decides what it means, and takes action inside your existing tools. Unlike a chatbot, it runs unprompted, uses your data, and escalates to a human when confidence is low. SpaceAI360 builds and hands over these agents at a fixed price.
An AI agent is more than a prompt. We design agents with clear goals, tools, memory, and guardrails then wire them into the systems your team already uses. The result is a digital teammate that handles the repetitive 80% of a role, escalates the ambiguous 20%, and logs everything it does.
In practice
What ai agents actually does
An agent is not a single prompt. It is a loop with a goal, a defined set of tools it may call, and guardrails that decide when a human is needed. Here is what that looks like in three businesses we build for most often.
Reading the inbox and filing the work
Orders and requests arrive as email, PDF attachments and photographed forms. The agent extracts customer, line items, quantities and dates into a strict schema, validates every SKU against your product database in code, posts clean records straight to your ERP or HubSpot, and drops anything below a confidence threshold into a review queue where a person confirms in one click.
Qualifying and routing inbound leads
Every form fill, missed call and WhatsApp message is enriched with public company data, scored against the profile that actually closes for you, and routed to the right rep in Pipedrive or Salesforce. A personalized first reply is drafted in your tone and waits for approval, so the response goes out in minutes rather than the next working day.
Running the recurring back-office job
The Monday report, the invoice chase, the weekly data reconciliation between Stripe and your accounting system. The agent gathers the inputs, does the comparison, writes the summary in plain English, and posts it to Slack with the exceptions flagged for a human to resolve.

Process
How we build it
Four stages, fixed scope, and working software in week one rather than a discovery phase that produces slides.
Week 0, one call
Audit and specification
We map the process as it actually happens, including the exceptions everyone forgets to mention, then write an agent specification: goal, tools, input and output schemas, and the exact points where a human approves.
Week 1
Build the working slice
A narrow version of the agent runs against your real data end to end. You see output in week one rather than a slide deck, which is how we catch wrong assumptions while they are still cheap to fix.
Weeks 2 to 3
Harden for production
Idempotency keys, retries with exponential backoff, a dead-letter queue for failures, full logging of every prompt and tool call, and alerting that reaches a named person. This is where most of the engineering time goes.
Week 4
Parallel run and handover
The agent runs alongside your manual process and outputs are compared daily. We switch over only after it matches or beats the manual baseline, then hand over documentation and a walkthrough.
Integrations
What it integrates with
If a system has an API we can connect to it. These are the tools we wire into most often, and the list is not exhaustive.
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Pipedrive
- Gmail
- Outlook
- Slack
- WhatsApp Business
- Shopify
- Zendesk
- Airtable
- Notion
- Postgres
- Google Sheets
- Stripe
- Calendly
Investment
What it costs
Agent builds start at $1,497 setup plus $497 a month for monitoring, improvements and support. The setup fee is fixed against the scope in your proposal, and the monthly fee is cancellable at the end of any period. Model and hosting usage is billed directly to your own accounts at cost, typically $30 to $200 a month depending on volume.

Where this has been built
Each build is labelled honestly as an internal build, a solution blueprint or a productized template, and documented end to end.
