We use a modern automation and AI stack built for reliability, not demos. Workflows are built on a leading workflow automation platform, the reasoning and language steps run on a leading AI model provider, and anything with a visual interface (chat widgets, dashboards, approval queues) is built as a proper web app. We integrate with whatever you already run: your CRM, helpdesk, Google Workspace, Slack, or WhatsApp.
You do, fully. Everything is deployed into your own accounts under your own logins, and handed over with documentation once it is live. There is no lock in and no platform fee to keep using what you paid for. If you choose a retainer, it covers monitoring and improvements, not access.
Two kinds. First, usage costs for the AI and hosting providers, billed directly to your own accounts, typically $20 to $200 a month for a small team, and we set spending caps so this never surprises you. Second, an optional monthly retainer if you want us to monitor, maintain, and keep improving the system.
A single automation or chatbot usually ships in one to two weeks. An agent with approval workflows, or a custom dashboard, typically takes two to four weeks. We scope the project precisely on the first call, and you see working software within the first week, not a slide deck.
