We rely on legitimate interest and, where applicable, your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) as the legal bases for this processing.

04Client project data

When we build automation systems for clients, we act as a data processor for the data flowing through those systems. Client systems run in the client’s own accounts, on the client’s own API keys we don’t warehouse your customers’ data on our infrastructure. Specific processing terms are agreed per engagement in the project contract.

05Retention

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and for up to 24 months afterward, in case you come back to a project. Chat-assistant rate-limit counters are held in memory and expire automatically. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
